Login

1. Login Process

To access the SnapXR iOS application, ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that has been added as a tester in TestFlight.

Only approved testers can view, install, and use the SnapXR iOS application.

2. Application Launch & URL Configuration​

  1. After installing the app via TestFlight, tap the SnapXR icon on your device.
  2. The Login Page will appear.
  3. A pop-up window will request the client-provided URL.
  4. Enter the URL and proceed to the login process.

3. Email Verification​

  1. Enter the correct organization email.
  2. An Apps button will appear.
  3. Select it to load all applications associated with your organization.
  4. Choose the required application type.

4. Site Application (Web Access)​

SnapXR can also be accessed through a web browser without installation:

  • Open the client-provided URL.
  • Select Rise – Twins from the available apps.
  • Log in using:
    • Password
    • Code
    • PIN

5. Login Options (iOS Application)​

After clicking the Login button, the application provides two login modes:

1. Local Login​

  • If a bundle is provided, the application will download it.
  • All bundle data is inserted into the local app database.

2. Browser Login​

  • Opens the login page in the default browser for authentication.

6. After Bundle Download​

When the bundle download is complete, the application automatically configures all required data and becomes ready to use.
