Login
1. Login Process
To access the SnapXR Windows application, ensure you log in using the authorized Gmail account that has been approved as a tester in the Google Play Console (if Android testing is linked).
Only approved tester accounts will be able to install and access the application.
2. Application Launch & URL Configuration
- After installing SnapXR on your Windows system, open the application.
- The Login Page will appear.
- A pop-up window will prompt you to enter a client-provided URL.
- Enter the prescribed URL and continue.
3. Email Verification
- Enter the correct email address.
- An Apps button will appear.
- Select the Apps button to load all applications associated with your organization.
- Choose the relevant application to proceed.
4. Site Application (Web Access)
SnapXR can also be accessed directly through the web browser:
- Open the provided web URL.
- Select Rise – Twins from the list.
- You may log in using:
- Password
- Code
- PIN
5. Login Options (Windows Application)
After clicking on the Login button, you will be presented with two login options:
1. Local Login
- Used when the Windows application is installed using a bundle.
- The bundle downloads automatically.
- All data within the bundle is inserted into the application's local database.
2. Browser Login
- Redirects you to the web-based login using the provided URL.
6. After Bundle Download
Once the bundle is downloaded, all configuration files and data required for the application will be automatically applied, allowing you to use the application fully.
