Setup

1. Prerequisites​

  • Access to the SnapXR Windows bundle (.zip/.exe/.msi)
  • Valid user credentials
  • Client-provided configuration URL
  • Stable internet connection
  • Admin privileges

2. Installation Steps​

  1. Download the Windows installation bundle.
  2. Double-click the installer to begin setup.
  3. Enter Name and Company details.
  4. Click Next to proceed.
  5. Complete installation and click Finish.

3. Launching the Application​

  1. Open SnapXR from Desktop or Start Menu.
  2. A login screen appears.
  3. Enter the client-provided URL in the pop-up.

4. Email Verification​

  1. Enter your email.
  2. Click Apps to view available organization applications.
  3. Select the required application.

5. Login Options​

Local Login​

  • Used when installed through a bundle.
  • Downloads and loads all data into the local database.

Browser Login​

  • Opens login page in browser using the provided URL.

6. Web Access (Site Application)​

  • Access via browser URL.
  • Select Rise – Twins.
  • Login options: Password, Code, PIN. """
