ToJulian Function
Converts the specified date to the corresponding Julian Date. Julian Date is a date format that is a combination of the current year and the number of days since the beginning of the year. It is is a 6 digit number, consisting of a digit era, 2 digit year and a 3 digit day-of-year number.
Syntax
ToJulianDate(scalar Date)

Returns the Julian Date corresponds to the specified date.
