User Details

In profile screen we have 5 sub screens profile, settings, documents, notes, activity , comments, theme.

  1. Profile Screen
  • Purpose: View and edit your personal profile information.

  • Features:

    • Fields Available:

      • First Name, Middle Name, Last Name: Displays your name details. Editable for updates.

  • Email: Display the registered email address. Editable if updates are required.

Shows the registered e-mail address

  • Phone Number: Displays our contact number. Editable as needed.

  • Local Admin: Indicates if we have local administrative privileges.

  1. Settings Screen
  • Purpose: Configure settings for your devices, communication, and media.

  • Features:

    • Device Settings: Customize settings specific to a device, such as hardware preferences or device-specific behaviours.

    • Audio Settings: Adjust audio configurations, including volume, input/output devices, and sound quality options.

    • Communication Settings: Manage messaging, notifications, and other communication-related settings.

    • Storage Data: Configure storage preferences, such as default save locations and usage thresholds.

    • Video Settings: Control video preferences, including resolution, playback settings, and device compatibility.

    • Use the available options to fine-tune your configurations for each specific screen.

  1. Documents Screen
  • Purpose: Manage, create, and view documents in a variety of layouts.

  • Features:

    • Search Bar: Quickly locate documents by entering keywords, names, or tags in the search bar.

    • Upload Documents: Add new files by clicking the "Upload" button and selecting files from your device.

    • Create Documents: Click the "Create" button to draft a new document using the built-in editor.

    • List View:

      • Displays documents in a vertical list format with details such as name, type, and upload date.

      • Ideal for quick browsing and detailed information.

    • Grid View:

      • Displays documents as thumbnails or cards, making it visually easier to locate specific files.

  • Purpose: This feature allows you to create new notes for your reference.

  • Purpose: This feature organizes notes by different sections to help us stay organized.
  1. Fall Load by Page
  • Purpose: This feature loads notes in smaller chunks (pages) for better performance and easier navigation.

  • Purpose: You can manage your notes by editing, deleting, or viewing them in detail.

Activity Screen

  1. Search Activity
  • Purpose: The search feature allows you to find specific activities by keywords, dates, or log details.
