Install Application Extension

Steps to Import a Bundle​

  1. Navigate to Extension Screen --> App Bundle --> Bundle

    • Click on the Bundle sub-screen to proceed.

  2. Click Import a Bundle

    • Click on the Import option.

    • Select the bundle type (Preconfigured and Template) and click on submit

    • Click on the Choose File button.

    • Select the bundle file you wish to upload.

    • Click Next after selecting the file.

    • Verify the bundle details displayed on the screen.

    • Click on Submit to complete the process.

    • The bundle details should be displayed after submission. To install the Application Extensions

  3. Open Actions Menu

    • Click on the Actions button.

    • You will see Four sections: Upgrade, Update Licence, Install and Delete.

  4. Install Bundle:

    • After importing, user can proceed to install the bundle. By clicking install button

    • Enter the Application name

    • Select an organization: Available organizations will be listed. Select the desired organization by clicking the radio button (e.g., Rise)

      i. If user wants to create the new org can create by click the Create Org button in the top right corner to create a new one.

    • Choose the storage location as default

    • Once you've selected the organization & storage, click the Submit button to proceed.

    • The installed bundle will be added as an application in the Application tab

  5. Update License:

    • The License Details screen will appear, showing key information such as the license key, issue date, expiry date, activation count, and activation mode.

    • Update License: User can update the offline license by downloading the system config file and upload config file in the product line site to get the offline license file. Upload the offline license file by clicking the 'Upload' button..

  6. Upgrade: it will open the Import Bundle screen, allowing users to upload a bundle file by selecting it from their system and clicking "Next and submit."

  7. Delete: It will delete the imported bundle and remove the complete data.
