Adobe Captivate Upgrade and Update
1. Download the Latest Version
Adobe provides updated builds for both Captivate Classic and the new Captivate version.
- Adobe Captivate Classic 11.8.3
Supports perpetual licensing. If you have a serial key, you can download and activate this build on Windows or macOS.
2. Upgrade Procedure
Follow these steps when upgrading from an older version of Adobe Captivate:
Step 1 — Uninstall Existing Version
Remove the currently installed version of Adobe Captivate to avoid conflicts with the new installation.
Step 2 — Download the Required Version
Select the version appropriate for your licensing model:
- Subscription Users: Adobe Captivate 12.2
- Perpetual License Users: Adobe Captivate 11.8.2
Download from the official Adobe download page.
Step 3 — Install the New Version
Run the installer and complete the setup process.
- For perpetual license users, enter your serial key during activation.
3. Explore the New Features
After installation, review new features, enhancements, and updates included in the newer version of Adobe Captivate.
