Actions

An Action in DPL Studio is used to perform automated tasks, such as sending emails when a specific condition is met.

Example

In an inventory management scenario, if an item quantity goes below the minimum inventory level, DPL Studio can automatically send an email notification to a specific person or group.

Action Conditions

The condition for triggering an action can be configured in the Condition Dialog of the Action settings.

Mail Configuration

Before sending emails through Actions, mail settings must be configured in DPL Studio.

Steps to Configure Mail Settings a. Open DPL Studio. b. Navigate to: Settings → Configuration → Mail Settings c. Enter the required mail server details: Mail Server, Port, Return Address d. Enter the required authentication details: Username, Password e. Save the configuration settings.

After configuring the mail settings, Actions can send automated email notifications based on the configured conditions.For sending emails, configure your mail setting in Digital Process Logic Studio.
